Albertsons Companies India is a vital extension of the Albertsons Companies Inc. workforce and important to the next phase in the company &#038; technology journey to support millions of customers &#038; lives every day.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are excited to announce an opening for Advanced Engineer Software at ACI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designs \/ develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs and requirements using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses user requirement \/ needs and makes decisions considering the nature of project.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in software design for features and bug fixes independently.<\/li>\n<li>Leads projects and programs within own organization with moderate complexity, scope, with guidance from manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical expertise on the team; analyses and evaluates code issues and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on quality in all aspects of work; follows established standards of excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team activities and collaborates within the team and dependent project areas to solve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Has good understanding of quality standards and work required minimal revision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-6 years of experience as a Full Stack developer in Java\/Web development technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in at least one higher-level programming language and familiar with application development support software packages (OOAD, Reactive Java, Web Services Technologies, REST APIs).<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of application servers such as such as Tomcat, Apache Jetty, Reactor Netty etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of database technologies (Relational DBs such as Oracle, Azure SQL Server, Postgres SQL etc.,) and\/or NoSQL (MongoDB \/ Cassandra) databases.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of UI\/Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS) and working with Git and\/or relevant source code repositories. .<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge GitHub Co-Pilot or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of automated unit testing with tools like JUnit\/TestNG and test automation frameworks such as Selenium\/Playwright\/Cucumber\/Res-Assured \/ Karate<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot and debug programs.<\/li>\n<li>Azure or any other Cloud experience is required.<\/li>\n<li>CI\/CD (Jenkins or GitHub Actions) is a big plus<\/li>\n<li>Docker and\/or Kubernetes experience is a big plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
