Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position Title: Software Engineer I<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Roles &#038; Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists with the design \/ development of software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and limited business expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze user requirement \/ needs and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in software design for features and bug fixes under direct supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Supports development projects based on specific instructions and with limited discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoots code issues and makes decisions in a timely manner based on standardized processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develops an understanding of industry and Albertsons specific quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Debugs and fixes issues in development test.<\/li>\n<li>Asks for help as appropriate and learns from it.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team activities and collaborates within the team to solve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Has broad understanding of quality standards and work requires minimal revision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in Java, Web development Technologies as a full stack developer.<\/li>\n<li>Programming knowledge and \/ or experience in either OOAD, Java EE, Web Services Technologies, REST APIs etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Design Patterns is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, Apache Jetty, Reactor Netty etc.,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Relational database technologies (Oracle, Azure SQL Server, Postgres SQL etc.,).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UI \/ Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, NodeJS, ReactJS \/ AngularJS).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge with unit testing with tools like JUnit \/ TestNG.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge or experience working with GitHub Copilot and Git \/ or relevant source code repositories.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot and debug programs.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of programming documentation processes \/ procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
