Reporting to VP, Operational Excellence, the BPO is the enterprise\u2011level owner of all Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes during a major SAP S\/4HANA transformation. They define, standardize, and govern end\u2011to\u2011end processes across plants, warehouses, procurement, planning, quality, and logistics. They act as the bridge between Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and SAP consultants to ensure the global template reflects best practices and is fully adopted.<\/span>This role is both strategic and hands\u2011on, driving process design, testing, data readiness, change management, and post\u2011go\u2011live stabilization, which would require you to travel across North America. Process Ownership & Governance<\/span>Own end\u2011to\u2011end processes across Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Inventory, and Logistics.<\/span>Define future\u2011state process maps aligned to SAP S\/4HANA best practices.<\/span>Establish global standards, business rules, KPIs, and decision frameworks.<\/span>Drive harmonization across plants, warehouses, suppliers, and customer networks.<\/span>2. SAP S\/4HANA Program Leadership<\/span>Act as primary decision maker for Manufacturing & Supply Chain design.<\/span>Partner with SAP functional consultants (PP, MM, QM, WM\/EWM, IBP, etc.).<\/span>Validate configuration, integrations, and functional specs.<\/span>Push adoption of standard S\/4 processes unless exceptions are justified.<\/span>Align cross\u2011functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality).<\/span>3. Data, Testing & Deployment<\/span>Define master data requirements (materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, batches).<\/span>Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and migration cycles.<\/span>Lead UAT planning, scripts, and execution.<\/span>Approve cutover plans (inventory freeze, production schedule transition).<\/span>Support go\u2011live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.<\/span>4. Change Management & Training<\/span>Identify change impacts across plants and supply chain functions.<\/span>Provide requirements for SOPs, training materials, and visual work instructions.<\/span>Support communication plans and stakeholder alignment.<\/span>Champion adoption through plant visits and workshops.<\/span>5. Operational Excellence<\/span>Establish KPIs and dashboards using S\/4 analytics.<\/span>Identify automation and standardization opportunities.<\/span>Align processes with Lean, Standard Work, and productivity initiatives.<\/span>Lead issue resolution and root cause analysis post\u2011go\u2011live<\/span>What you need for success:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field<\/span>7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement and plant operations<\/span>Hands\u2011on SAP experience (PP, MM, QM, WM\/EWM), with strong preference for S\/4HANA<\/span>Proven leadership in large\u2011scale ERP or digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to drive process standardization and adoption across multiple sites<\/span>Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with the ability to design integrated, future\u2011state processes aligned to S\/4HANA best practices<\/span>Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, frontline teams, and cross\u2011functional partners (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Engineering)<\/span>Experience with S\/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield), multi\u2011plant\/global environments, MES or advanced planning tools (preferred)<\/span>APICS\/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma certifications (preferred)<\/span>Strength in change leadership, ensuring teams adopt standard work and new processes with minimal operational disruption<\/span>Strong project execution discipline, including UAT leadership, data readiness oversight, and cutover preparation<\/span>Confident, data\u2011driven decision\u2011making with the ability to resolve issues quickly and guide teams through go\u2011live and stabilization<\/span>Clear communication skills, capable of translating technical SAP concepts into actionable business language<\/span>Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes such as approved global process designs, high\u2011quality UAT cycles, data readiness for manufacturing and supply chain objects, and improved plant\u2011level performance post\u2011go\u2011live<\/span>Travel 25-50% of the time \u2013 United States and Canada<\/span>What you can expect:<\/b><\/span>A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spirit<\/span>Leadership that invests in your growth and career development<\/span>Opportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillset<\/span>Recognition and rewards for your contributions and achievements<\/span>A fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impact<\/span>Sounds like your kind of team?<\/span>If you\u2019re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
