It includes responsibilities such as completing month-end account closing activities, uploading financial data like cash policies, KN-Pay data, and exchange rates, and verifying motor claim files while addressing discrepancies with the claims department. Additionally, the job requires downloading and processing medical reports for policy entries and occasionally handling cash office operations in the cashier&#8217;s absence. Other tasks may be assigned as needed, either temporarily or permanently, ensuring accurate financial management and operational support.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clearing of on account balances for the major receivable and payable accounts<\/li>\n<li>Preparing month-end account closing activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepares journal vouchers, accounts statement for customers etc.<\/li>\n<li>Uploading the Cash Policies data on a weekly and KN-Pay data on daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Verification of motor claim files and highlighting any issues to claims department<\/li>\n<li>Downloading medical report from the System and preparing the data for Medical Policies and passing required entries<\/li>\n<li>Uploading exchange rate in the system on monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>In absence of Cashier, handling the cash office<\/li>\n<li>Any other responsibility that may be permanently or temporarily assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Candidate Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Graduate<\/li>\n<li>2-3 year of related work experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of MS Office solutions (Excel, Word) and can handle working in insurance-based system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw55bf1f4102a9790639a1db9959bec55c?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Long Description Job Summary The role involves managing financial accounts by clearing on-account balances for major receivables and payables, preparing journal vouchers, and maintaining customer account statements.
