\u00b7 Communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers, and others involved in the shipping and delivery of consignments.<\/span>\u00b7 He is responsible to control the expenses in the supply chain process, and to ensure that unwanted expenses are controlled and nullified.<\/span>\u00b7 He must ensure that all parties are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed well, sent and delivered in a timely manner.<\/span>\u00b7 He should ensure that all the incoming shipments are entered into System live upon arrival of container from the factory.<\/span>\u00b7 Reporting, Organizing, controlling over all structures of cargo movements and various logistics operational issues.<\/span>\u00b7 Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.<\/span>\u00b7 Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met.<\/span>\u00b7 Negotiate prices with logistics companies \/ shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure availing the best market rate.<\/span>\u00b7 Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.<\/span>\u00b7 Forward and follow-ups shipment invoices to accounts for payment.<\/span>\u00b7 Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.<\/span>\u00b7 Design, implement and manage contracts in forwarding, transport, and warehousing where necessary.<\/span>\u00b7 Develop key performance indicators by which localized logistics contracts can be managed.<\/span>\u00b7 Equal distribution of work among the staff. Right person for the right job.<\/span>\u00b7 Systematically and strategically manage with company\u2019s policies and vision.<\/span>\u00b7 Responding to any query that has raised by other departments in case of urgency.<\/span>\u00b7 Scheduling, assigning, and planning of work rotas and its implementation.<\/span>\u00b7 Coaching the employees in better way for future endeavours.<\/span>\u00b7 100% PO to be issued from SAP before placing an order for Import and Local (PO against PR\/ Based on Required Date)<\/span>\u00b7 Feed all the required information in SAP i.e Production Start Date, date of on board, ETA to our warehouse.<\/span>\u00b7 CBM\/Weight calculation to be made available in PO.<\/span>\u00b7 Each vendor should make 100% delivery for each PO and no partial delivery is allowed.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure all customer orders are input accurately and correctly.<\/span>\u00b7 Liaising with seller and showroom manger personnel to ensure all products arrive in good condition.<\/span>\u00b7 Check & Update delivery timing schedule, spare parts, and determining product quality.<\/span>\u00b7 Track orders and shipments from other countries to Saudi Arabia and ensure timely delivery .and arrive to port and warehouse.<\/span>\u00b7 Order closing for all orders after arrive warehouse the goods receipt was created in the system.<\/span>\u00b7 Work closely with sales for any change in the design or update.<\/span>\u00b7 After the clearance, ensure all documents handed over to finance for payment and ensure empty container returned.<\/span>\u00b7 Assist showroom on follow up & Queries.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure that the daily routine work done in a timely manner.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure all the international orders to be entered on time.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensuring that the order confirmation is correct before proceeding with the payment.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure that all the documents are file in a proper way.<\/span>\u00b7 A Self Motivated who is experienced with data entry and ability to coordinate tasks given to him, Logistics knowledge.<\/span>\u00b7 in retail is preferred.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure all PR final approval once relevant details mention correctly by sales.<\/span>\u00b7 All invoices related to local and overseas are duly submitted to finance for payment without delay.<\/p>\n
