In this role, you\u2019ll design, build, and operate software products that power critical billing experiences, working across cloud services, automation, and scalable systems. You\u2019ll collaborate daily with product, engineering, and operations partners; contribute to CI\/CD and DevOps excellence; and play a hands\u2011on role in modernizing legacy processes while shaping the future of Allstate\u2019s billing ecosystem. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving large-scale systems, and delivering high\u2011quality financial services products, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast\u2011evolving domain.<\/span>This position is open at multiple levels including Senior Consultant I and II.<\/span>Exp- 6+Yrs<\/span>Location – Bangalore, Pune<\/span>Mandatory Hybrid<\/span>Shift Time- 1Pm to 9.30PM<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Design, build, and operate software products in the customer billing domain.<\/span>Assist in gathering the training and user documentation requirements.<\/span>Manage the issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories.<\/span>Support the planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing for assigned projects.<\/span>Organize, lead, and finalize feature review sessions for business issues\/requirements and document resulting decisions.<\/span>Assist with overall product planning by contributing to\/creating stories in areas of responsibility.<\/span>Configure and maintain vendor\u2011provided software solutions; evaluate and validate functionality introduced in new vendor releases, and utilize vendor defect\u2011resolution processes, support portals, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.<\/span>Create functional design, leveraging technical skills, to address the requirements of a single or multiple set of product features.<\/span>In partnership with the business groups and technical teams, provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in more than one area of the business; often a subject matter expert.<\/span>Essential Skills:<\/b><\/span>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Software development integration and delivery (with java)<\/span>Experience Automating a software development lifecycle (build, test, release) and\/or CI\/CD and DevOps implementations.<\/span>Desirable Skills:<\/b><\/span>A minimum of 1 year scripting in a modern programming language such as Python.<\/span>Exposure to GenAI model development.<\/span>Experience with the deployment of containers and\/or working with container orchestration.<\/span>Background in billing systems or products.<\/span>Supervisory Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>This job does not have supervisory duties.<\/span>Posting date: Friday 13th February 2026 [11.59pm]<\/span>Primary Skills Artificial Intelligence (AI), Billing, Docker Container, Generative AI, Java, Python (Programming Language), Web Containers<\/span>Shift Time<\/b><\/span>Recruiter Info Hiral Parag Rughani<\/span>hparb@allstate.com<\/span>About Allstate<\/span>Joining our team isn\u2019t just a job \u2014 it\u2019s an opportunity.
