\n \u2013 Extensive knowledge of curriculum and related assessment practices within the specific discipline(s).
\n \u2013 Understanding of and ability to implement competency based assessment.
\n \u2013 Sound problem solving skills.
\n \u2013 Excellent communication, liaison, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
\n \u2013 Proven willingness to work effectively and to contribute in a team environment.
