Our portfolio of world-class brands, global scale, and challenger mindset presents a powerful combination.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We have ambitious growth plans and goals for the future and the global and local scale to achieve them.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Senior Sourcing Analyst \u2013 Global Technology Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across global markets, with a primary focus on Technology, including both Software and Hardware categories.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This role requires deep expertise in IT Software, SaaS, Cloud, IT Hardware, and Technology Services, along with strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities in complex global environments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing end-to-end RFx processes, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to partner closely with Global IT and business stakeholders to deliver cost optimization, supplier performance improvement, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead and execute global sourcing initiatives across:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Software &#038; Digital Technology<span class=\"br\"><\/span>IT Software &#038; SaaS (enterprise applications, subscriptions, renewals)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cloud solutions and technology platforms<span class=\"br\"><\/span>IT Professional Services (implementation partners, system integrators, managed services)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hardware &#038; Infrastructure<span class=\"br\"><\/span>End-user devices (laptops, desktops, peripherals)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Servers, storage, and networking equipment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Data center hardware<span class=\"br\"><\/span>OEM partnerships and reseller management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technology infrastructure components and related services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop and implement category strategies aligned with IT roadmaps, cybersecurity standards, infrastructure plans, and business priorities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Conduct market intelligence, vendor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments across hardware and software solutions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Supplier &#038; Commercial Management<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead complex negotiations covering:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Software licensing models<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Subscription renewals<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hardware pricing and volume agreements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Multi-year contracts and framework agreements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, governance reviews, and service credits.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessments (including cybersecurity considerations).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Collaborate with Legal and Risk teams to ensure contractual compliance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive value realization and continuous supplier performance improvement.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Operational Excellence &#038; Stakeholder Engagement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Act as a trusted procurement partner to global IT and cross-functional stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support global initiatives across regions and time zones.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, technology governance, and internal controls.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provide proactive management of renewals, demand planning, and contract pipeline visibility.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Data, Analytics &#038;
