This Position is onsite in Riyadh in KSA and candidate must be willing to relocate.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Docmosis Specialist, Copywriter, and Basic Graphic Designer. This role primarily centres around creating and managing Docmosis files in ODT format and copywriting, with a secondary emphasis on basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in document generation through the Docmosis platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Document Design (ODT Files) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and format documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual appeal, aligning with brand guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Presentation Design <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate key messages and adhere to branding standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> UX Writing (Arabic &#038; English) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly copy in both Arabic and English, enhancing user experience across various platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> UI Work (Arabic Versions) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with minor UI tasks, such as email templates, store shots, and app snippets for Arabic versions of digital assets, ensuring localized design quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Awards Submissions and Coordination <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the complete awards submission process, including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of required documents and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Communication with awards committees and organizations to ensure timely submissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Articles and Publications <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and review articles and publications related to the digital hub and awards, ensuring content is impactful and on-brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Docmosis files in the ODT format.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in document generation.<\/li>\n<li>Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software.<\/li>\n<li>Basic copywriting and editing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<li>Time management and organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for a proactive individual who can excel in document generation, support our copywriting needs, and provide basic graphic design capabilities.
