This involves analyzing data, using TCT transportation planning models, coordinating with various stakeholders<br \/>\n       &#8211; Assign appropriate Carrier to each Shipment based on PepsiCo\u00b4s policies, contracts, and agreements with Carriers, the current &#8220;Route Guide&#8221; and capacity availability information captured by TCT visibility processes<br \/>\n       &#8211; Make adjustments to schedules as needed to ensure a practical and feasible shipment schedule<br \/>\n       &#8211; Being the Focal Point to create and update the Shipments &#8220;Trip Build&#8221; Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply to TCT Scheduling processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper TCT transportation planning technology adoption and utilization<\/li>\n<li>Meet Service and Productivity objectives<\/li>\n<li>Plan, optimize and schedule the most efficient routes for shipments, considering factors such as cost, transit time, fleet productivity and service level agreements (SLAs)<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure alignment on shipment schedules, considering Pick-up and\/or Delivery requirements<\/li>\n<li>Choose the appropriate Carriers that minimize freight spending and maximize operational efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Publish the final Shipment &#8220;Trip Build&#8221; according to the agreed cut-off time schedule (when applicable) Qualifications:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering \/ Business university degree<\/li>\n<li>Overall experience of close to 1-2 years in an industry working in transport planning process<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and Knowledge of SAP, Tms or logistic software<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Arabic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jobviewtrack.com\/v2\/R_s_8RUQfW1S-lgkhuvqqw6BUQdNwwDlDUoBR3k2654q4_W7cHv7d439PGFkGGJHxxqyWKCPcbXvOyJ8JS6h2g2HoPoQamO36bLPof6RuaMgRoKV5SeqqCIRnyAgfE8C7SqjZ296Yxyg_0lnn7JRLhwfsELgKEdxZrBOd9lTHdfIr4d6wMbCQeKkn6UxhIouuSi-GwkgpH4LVo15qj1jZQ?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: &#8211; TCT Scheduling process owner &#8211; Plan, organize, and optimize the scheduling of shipments to ensure timely delivery and efficient use of resources (fleets and warehouses).
