{"id":162859,"date":"2026-03-21T05:10:51","date_gmt":"2026-03-21T05:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-paid-partnerships-philanthropy-manager-organisation-belong-to-hours-full-time-location-dublin-2\/"},"modified":"2026-03-21T05:10:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-21T05:10:51","slug":"were-hiring-paid-partnerships-philanthropy-manager-organisation-belong-to-hours-full-time-location-dublin-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-paid-partnerships-philanthropy-manager-organisation-belong-to-hours-full-time-location-dublin-2\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Paid Partnerships &#038; Philanthropy Manager Organisation Belong To Hours Full-time Location Dublin 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role will devise and implement sustainable fundraising strategies and workplans to achieve Belong To&#8217;s annual targets.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities and Duties<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategy <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with the Director of Development in creating and implementing a national fundraising strategy to deliver Belong To&#8217;s financial targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement an annual plan with monthly milestones including investment and income targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop new corporate partnerships and a clear pipeline of potential partners, through a planned programme of identification, cultivation, and solicitation supported by a sophisticated research strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Personally manage all key corporate partnerships and public-facing fundraising campaigns across Ireland.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present annual and multi-annual funding proposals to current and potential corporate partners.<\/li>\n<li>Manage existing and source new trusts and foundation opportunities to enhance the ability of the organisation to deliver its annual goals.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the CEO and Director of Development in delivering a number of major gifts every year.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop our annual corporate fundraising activities in line with annual targets and plans.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and ensure the continued success of Belong To&#8217;s annual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> . * Integrate and optimise the contribution of volunteers to achieve fundraising goals. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent and speak on behalf of Belong To at events, information sessions and industry awards.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, as well as Board Members, in order to engage the whole organisation in the fundraising work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Financial Reporting and Evaluation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record, monitor and report financial progress at weekly fundraising team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Prepare income updates for monthly income-tracking meetings, and quarterly reports for the Director of Development, CEO, and Board<\/li>\n<li>Carry out regular evaluations of the overall fundraising performance in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team and Board in order to continuously improve processes and increase fundraised income<\/li>\n<li>Ensure best practice is observed re the CRM (Salesforce).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Marketing and Communications <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and lead the production of fundraising promotional materials as required.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Belong To&#8217;s website from a fundraising viewpoint and ensure its potential as a fundraising tool is maximized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> PDF 326.43 KB<span class=\"br\"><\/span>DOCX 98.73 KB<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Application Details<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Please submit a completed application form in advance of the deadline for applications of 12pm Thursday 9th of April.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Applications should be submitted by email to: .
