This role is integral to creating a positive work environment that supports both employee satisfaction and the hotel\u2019s business objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment &#038; Staffing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key roles within the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Employee Relations &#038; Engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and addressing grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the hotel\u2019s values and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance morale and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement and manage the hotel\u2019s performance review process, supporting managers with performance evaluations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with department leaders to set clear job expectations and objectives for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to improve productivity and support employee growth and development.<\/li>\n<li>Training &#038; Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement training programs for employees, including new hire orientation, skill development, and compliance training.<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs by consulting with department heads and reviewing performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Policy Development &#038; Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with labor laws and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure hotel operations meet legal requirements regarding employee rights, safety, and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic audits and work closely with management to ensure all HR activities are compliant with local regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Compensation &#038; Benefits Administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and any employee incentive programs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic market research to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in resolving payroll or benefits-related inquiries from employees.<\/li>\n<li>Health, Safety &#038; Well-being<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote a safe work environment by implementing health and safety policies and conducting training.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with management to manage occupational health concerns and monitor wellness programs.<\/li>\n<li>Handle any workplace accidents or incidents in compliance with health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<li>HR Reporting &#038; Strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training outcomes, for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Develop HR strategies that align with the hotel\u2019s business goals and support operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor HR budgets and recommend adjustments as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa935f2cee5b0ef257f83e2121ec1a752f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
