{"id":1626,"date":"2024-11-08T08:02:34","date_gmt":"2024-11-08T08:02:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/operations-coordinator-eyewa\/"},"modified":"2024-11-08T08:02:34","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T08:02:34","slug":"operations-coordinator-eyewa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/operations-coordinator-eyewa\/","title":{"rendered":"Operations Coordinator &#8211; eyewa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for Operations Coordinator<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Department: Operations<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating deliveries and transport bookings, as well as different packing instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Handling queries from customers and eyewa colleagues regarding freight and customs issues.<\/li>\n<li>Receive, check for accuracy of incoming stock shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Answer calls and assist in office management with daily functions.<\/li>\n<li>Audit all warehouse and logistics invoices and ensure they match contracts and\/or quotes given.<\/li>\n<li>Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Creation of daily work logs and transmission of the same to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all inventory systems.<\/li>\n<li>Create and run all inventory reports.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for assisting in periodic cycle counting of inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control. records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable and responsible for high standards of warehouse safety, cleanliness and organization.<\/li>\n<li>Receives stock into the warehouse.
