As we map out our future, we seek a talented and analytical individual to join our team as a Product Specialist.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your Mission at Sweater:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Product Specialist your mission is to unlock the new communication channels and design processes to inspire collaborative decision making that is not just fast but highly effective.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities :<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Product Delivery : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own Sprint backlog by breaking down strategic projects into Epics, Sprints, Tasks, User Stories, and Story Points.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with developers to prioritize and implement feature enhancements and bug fixes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a seamless product delivery by taking on the role of a gatekeeper, ensuring continuous improvement in the delivery process<\/li>\n<li>Have continuous touchpoints with multiple business teams to understand their pain-points and plan solutions by consulting Product team<\/li>\n<li>Keep the key stakeholders informed about product launches through consistent and transparent communication.<\/li>\n<li>Automate development workflows to minimize human error and reduce delays<\/li>\n<li>Help in shaping communication about product strategy for each audience and class of internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Product Discovery: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify product feedback loops within the organization and work with stakeholders to close those loops with new routines<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Surveys and User Interviews in Arabic whenever required<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends, patterns, and insights from multiple data sources, facilitating strategic product planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Data Visualization and Reporting: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor car washers&#8217; performance and ensure adherence to service standards and quality guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to enhance the Product dashboard and identify new requirements<\/li>\n<li>Assist Data Analyst in data discovery by communicating with backend engineers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Operational Excellence:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of car wash supplies and equipment for our service providers<\/li>\n<li>Optimize inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Monitor logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deployment of car washers to customer locations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews and post-mortem analyses to assess the impact of operational initiatives and identify areas for further improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Product Analyst, Product Specialist, Business Analyst, Junior PM or similar positions. Experience in a B2C product-based start-up is a big plus.<\/li>\n<li>You should possess extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum while having hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello to automate workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. You should be capable of collaborating effectively in English and Arabic with different teams.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Holding excellent written English skills to draft business cases and present them to the Product Leadership team would be a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Although not mandatory, having familiarity with SQL and App Analytics tools like Firebase and Google Analytics 4 would be desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Possessing a CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification would be desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you are passionate about empowering internal teams to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to join us at the forefront of innovation in the mobile car wash industry in Saudi Arabia.
