The Product Control team supports different businesses across the Standard Chartered Group including Financial Markets, Treasury, Retail Banking, Corporate Finance and Transaction Banking &#038; Lending on a global basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Strategy<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To support CIB and WRB Business within Finance function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Business <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIB and WRB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Processes<br \/><b>The individual will be responsible for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring of key controls\/ processes around Daily Pnl &#038; Balance Sheet<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with different stakeholders such as IT, Country, Risk and Business Finance teams, and Operations, to ensure timely resolution of the issues<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the design, testing and implementation of TP data integrity \/ exception reports<\/li>\n<li>Review of month-end balance sheet substantiation of PC owned balances.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in implementation of sound controls and consistent processes to ensure adherence to IFRS9.<\/li>\n<li>To provide assistance with accurate Classification and Measurement of Financial Instruments as per IFRS 9.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and posting of month end journals in PSGL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Risk Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all controls are followed, completed and reviewed in a timely manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Governance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of Daily\/Monthend reconciliations between the various TP systems and the General Ledger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Regulatory &#038; Business Conduct <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&#8217;s Values and Code of Conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
