The role focuses on market intelligence, IT client research, and lead generation through structured secondary research and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy research, data interpretation, and business writing.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Conduct in-depth research on IT services companies, enterprise clients, system integrators, and technology buyers.<\/span>Identify and map potential IT clients, decision makers, and business units.<\/span>Generate qualified leads through market- and account-level research.<\/span>Develop Market Intelligence (MI) reports including:<\/span>Industry trends<\/span>Competitor benchmarking<\/span>Client insights and opportunity mapping<\/span>Prepare research-based reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.<\/span>Support sales and leadership teams with actionable insights derived from data and research.<\/span>Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and lead databases.<\/span>Required Skills & Competencies<\/b><\/span>Strong Market Intelligence and Research skills (secondary research, data validation, insight generation).<\/span>Excellent written communication and business writing skills.<\/span>Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise insights.<\/span>Good understanding of the IT services industry, digital transformation, and enterprise technology (conceptual level).<\/span>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/span>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/span>High attention to detail and structured thinking.<\/span>Desired Attributes<\/b><\/span>Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for research and analysis.<\/span>Ability to work independently and manage multiple research assignments.<\/span>Strong learning agility and stakeholder orientation.<\/span>Professional maturity and presentation skills are expected from Tier A\/B MBA graduates.<\/span>What We Offer<\/b><\/span>Exposure to the IT services market, enterprise clients, and strategic research.<\/span>Hands-on learning in market intelligence and demand generation.<\/span>Opportunity to work closely with sales leadership and strategy teams.<\/span>Clear growth path into Business Consulting, Strategy, and Client Research roles.<\/p>\n
