Job Description:<\/b><\/span>Key activities:<\/b><\/span>Active Directory Level 3 Specialist administration<\/span>Active Directory operational assistance<\/span>Managing AD objects, Organizational Units (OUs) including creating, moving, and deleting OUs as per organizational structure<\/span>Managing Active Directory Sites and Services for efficient replication and network access<\/span>Monitoring and maintaining Active Directory health and performance<\/span>Support typical Active Directory issues and work to resolution and root cause identification<\/span>Domain Controller Management<\/span>Migrating \/ Upgrading domain controllers and windows server when necessary<\/span>Managing DNS, DHCP And Group Policy Objects<\/span>Configuring security policies, software installation policies, and user environment settings through GPOs<\/span>Configuring and managing DFS namespaces and folders and troubleshooting DFS replication issues<\/span>Windows Server\/Client OS installation, troubleshooting OS level issues, installation of application software on different Server\/client OS<\/span>Configuring Windows file server cluster & SQL AOAG cluster<\/span>Managing Antivirus products like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint<\/span>Managing PKI, Root CA, Intermediate CA Certificates and Public domain certificates<\/span>Managing Azure Entra ID, File & Print Server<\/span>Supporting Print applications like EveryOne Print solution<\/span>New server installation and configuration remotely using iDRAC and ILO<\/span>Good General Server\/Network Administration Concepts<\/span>Knowledge of PowerShell scripting<\/span>Managing External public DNS server, FTP, Signify<\/span>Preparing SOPs, Root Cause Analysis for all major incidents<\/span>Vulnerability remediation on Server<\/span>Creation of custom scripts for ad-hoc tasks<\/span>Involvement in management of daily operations<\/span>Technology\/Skills\/Tools<\/span>Tools: Active Directory, CSC\/Ultra DNS, PKI, Service-Now<\/span>Technologies: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 & 2019 Administration, Azure, Microsoft Office365, Vulnerabilities Remediation, Qualys<\/span>Skills: Windows Server Administration, OS Upgradation & Migration, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Windows Clustering, Vulnerability Remediation, PKI Certificates management, File server<\/span>Dell Hardware support<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Server Administration and Active Directory support<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Any Graduation<\/span>About Us: At Zensar, we’re \u201cexperience-led everything\u201d.
