We continuously strive to enhance our processes, improve efficiency, and accommodate the Group&#8217;s growth. Our focus is on leveraging our IT systems and empowering our teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information to customers. As the Finance Manager \u2013 Transformation, your responsibilities will include driving special projects to improve process efficiency and automation within our team. You will collaborate with different teams and closely coordinate with Flutter\u2019s Internal Controls team to ensure detailed documentation and implementation of changes with appropriate internal controls.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The successful candidate will collaborate with finance colleagues from our Group functions and Divisions, as well as other teams like IT, Tax, Internal Controls, and more.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive forward and deliver on Global Finance Transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and with accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and supervise project plans, outlining schedules, breakthroughs, and attainable deliverable timeframes, ensuring you can achieve success for each project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation and audit trail over deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with teams across the business including Group finance, Tax, Legal, IT, Internal Controls, and Divisions to deliver project plans.<\/li>\n<li>Support on special projects, such as global process design and system implementations, from a project management perspective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> How you&#8217;ll do it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in finance\/accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting Designation with confirmed experience post-qualification, preferably in a big 4\/large public company environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in consolidations, accounting, and financial reporting, and working in a SOX internal controls environment.<\/li>\n<li>An attitude geared towards process improvement with a consistent track record of designing, implementing, and operationalizing improvements in execution and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and work with various collaborators, customers, partners, and team members while consistently meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, well-organized, and thorough, with close attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>A skilled problem solver with the ability to establish goals and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills: ability to optimally deal with colleagues across all areas of the business.<\/li>\n<li>Adept at dealing with high volumes of data and comfortable in a highly automated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and be challenged.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Oracle ERP and FCCS or other similar financial systems is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a SOX environment is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>US GAAP knowledge is a plus but not compulsory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What\u2019s in it for you<br \/>\n       We are a flexible employer; whether you have personal commitments or a hobby that brings you joy, we want you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
