This is a 1-year contract position focused on implementing and supporting cessation programs for individuals who have committed vaping offenses.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the Vaping Offender Cessation Clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule appointments for offenders, ensuring timely access to cessation services.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and confidential records of offender participation, progress, and outcomes within the clinic&#8217;s designated systems.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the procurement and inventory management of clinic supplies and educational materials.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including enforcement agencies, healthcare professionals, and support organizations, to facilitate seamless offender referral and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and compile reports on clinic activities, offender statistics, and program effectiveness for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to clinic staff, including data entry, correspondence, and general office duties.<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas for process improvement within the clinic operations and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to smoking\/vaping cessation and clinic management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we are looking for:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Skills &#038; Competencies<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent customer service, communication, and data reporting skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent tasks<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Meticulous attention to detail and comfortable working with numerical data<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Comfortable with IT systems and ability to learn new software platforms quickly<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Professional demeanour and ability to maintain strict confidentiality<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Working Arrangements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Monday to Friday, 7.45am to 5.15pm<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work physically onsite<span class=\"br\"><\/span>About Health Promotion Board:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Established in 2001, the Health Promotion Board&#8217;s (HPB) vision is to build a nation of healthy people.
