You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging your expertise in Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices.<\/span>Key Responsibilities :<\/b><\/span>Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java Spring Boot.<\/span>Microservices Architecture: Develop and deploy microservices-based applications, ensuring modularity and scalability.<\/span>Database Management: Design and optimize relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) to ensure efficient data handling.<\/span>Event-Driven Architecture: Integrate and manage event streaming platforms like Kafka for real-time data processing and communication.<\/span>System Design: Architect and design backend solutions using proven design patterns and best practices to meet business requirements.<\/span>Containerization and Orchestration: Develop, deploy, and manage services on platforms like OpenShift or similar container orchestration environments.<\/span>Continuous Integration\/Continuous Deployment (CI\/CD): Implement and optimize CI\/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.<\/span>Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and efficiency in production.<\/span>Code Quality and Standards: Promote coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.<\/span>Collaboration: Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.<\/span>Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>Experience:<\/b><\/span>Minimum of 10 years of experience in backend development.<\/span>Proven experience in building and deploying microservices-based architectures.<\/span>Technical Skills:<\/b><\/span>Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.<\/span>Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related tools.<\/span>Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like OpenShift, Kubernetes, or similar.<\/span>Solid understanding of design patterns and their applications in software development.<\/span>Experience with building and managing CI\/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.<\/span>Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).<\/span>Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.<\/span>Knowledge of API design and implementation.<\/span>Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).<\/p>\n
