He\/She will be responsible for maintenance, execution &#038; enhancement of a suite of Central &#038; Others excluding Treasury models &#8211; Opex, Tax, Other Banking, OR RWA, Leverage, Bank Levy, et al.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This will include Bank-of-England (BOE), Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) &#8211; Group and Countries, Resolution Planning, Recovery Planning for the Group.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In addition, he\/she should be able to provide valuable inputs to help identify opportunities to improve on stress testing current processes and own quantitative changes and change requests.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for the stress testing data sourcing and preparations, methodological calculations including the use of existing infrastructure and technology, producing quantitative charts and packs and other related requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Deliver a high quality Structured Template Data (STDF) Templates, as per the requirements set out by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) in the Bank of England (BoE) stress test.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure that the stress testing methods employed are compliant with EST procedures and any deviation is properly documented and approved.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure compliance with the Operational Risk Framework requirements and that quantitative controls are in place and executed in full.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Drive improvements in the stress testing computations and automate manual processes for more efficiency and productivity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage all correspondence via their nominated work stream leads, support functions and stakeholders.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure compliance with governance related aspects of EST production and delivery<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The profile requires person should support in Finance data preparation both management and financial view to support to all the Enterprise-wide Stress testing initiatives like implementation of Group Stress Testing Data &#038; Model.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This includes developing and maintaining an efficient and controls design and operation, data management, regulatory compliance and overall documentation. The candidate will be involved in the Bank&#8217;s stress test exercises such as Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Bank-of-England (BOE).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Finance Data Hub<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Finance Hub&#8217;s primary responsibilities include Data Sourcing and Maintenance of Finance data. This involves a set of data wrangling activities &#8211; gathering, transforming, mapping, building business views and automation of sourcing processes that would help enrich the quality of data and make it appropriate for the downstream purposes such as analytics, reporting and visualization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Strategy*<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Help to ensure appropriate BAU controls being established and deployed effectively in GBS.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with partner teams to create and build next generation data products and analytics solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess problem statements &#038; propose potential solutions by advocating and enabling data-driven analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough validation and data quality checks to ensure accurate and value adding solutions being delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Wider knowledge in Financial and Management view of bank<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge in Financial systems like, MRC , BPC, Financial Analytics, Aspire and PSGL is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>ther Responsibilities* <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in SAS, Python, VBA, Excel Automation and TABLEAU is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor or Master&#8217;s degree with technical degree preferred (Finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in SAS, Python, VBA, Excel Automation and TABLEAU is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with excellent analytical, logical, reasoning and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in handling Finance data and best practices in data management<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience on Financial &#038; Management reporting is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels (i.e. colleagues to senior management) and situations (i.e. one-on-one to presentations)<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to advanced machine learning methodologies is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and pro active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Graduation \/ Post-Graduation in Finance and with relevant 4+ years of experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>General Skill Set: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge in Data Analytics &#038; related tools viz.
