This role will be working closely with the Accounting Manager, taking responsibility for the FP&A activities of the organisation.<\/span>Client Details<\/b><\/span>Our Client is in the b2b space. They are currently searching for an experienced Commercial and FP&A Analyst to join their team, based in Abu Dhabi.<\/span>Description<\/b><\/span>Financial Planning & Analysis:
\n Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making.Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.<\/span>Business Partnering:
\n Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support.Act as a financial advisor to business units, helping to optimize financial performance and achieve business goals.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between finance and other teams.<\/span>Business Intelligence & KPI Monitoring:
\n Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.Select, implement, and manage business intelligence tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.Conduct regular reviews of KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify areas for improvement.<\/span>Profile<\/b>
\n Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Degree in Finance from top school-university, with business and management acumen3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry.Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to develop complex models.Excellent partnering skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software\/tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/span>Job Offer<\/b>
