Every day our team members focus their passion and expertise in helping health &#038; wellness facilities operate efficiently and engage their members.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Whether a neighborhood yoga studio, a national franchise with locations in every city, a YMCA or JCC&#8211;and every type of organization in between&#8211;we build solutions that make every aspect of running and being a member of a health and wellness organization easier and delightful.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Digital Marketing Manager at Daxko will sit on Daxko\u2019s Online Marketing team and will be responsible for managing and continuously optimizing our websites and digital marketing campaigns to ensure maximum lead generation and organic growth. This position will collaborate closely with campaign managers, product marketers, SEO Specialists, designers, developers, and paid media teams to develop and execute strategies that drive performance and deliver measurable results.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>You will also:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and implement SEO strategies across multiple brands, focusing on technical SEO, content optimization, and voice search to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee CRO strategies to optimize conversion rates across websites and digital campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Marin, and platform-specific analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate analytics platforms with business operations software to create comprehensive reports that demonstrate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and analyze A\/B testing campaigns to validate hypotheses and continually improve website and marketing performance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and CRO efforts with broader marketing strategies and brand goals.<\/li>\n<li>Drive content optimization efforts by leveraging AI and machine learning tools to analyze and enhance existing content for better user engagement and search engine performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance local SEO strategies, ensuring strong visibility for regional and location-based searches.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and SEO\/CRO data.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead in SEO and CRO practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field or three (3+) years of agency experience<\/li>\n<li>Two to Four (2 \u2013 4) years of experience managing a large enterprise level SEO and CRO strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Two to Four (2 \u2013 4) years of experience with data tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Atlas, Google Search Console<\/li>\n<li>Experience with On-page SEO and Local SEO<\/li>\n<li>WordPress experience (including landing page build-out)<\/li>\n<li>Direct customer interaction experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple brand accounts at one time.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable learning and using complex software programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay up to date on current industry trends and learn new technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Extreme attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively work independently, within a team, and with customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>#LI-Remote<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
