As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Digital and Marketing Operations Officer.<br \/>\n       Based in NYC, you will execute all required Digital &#038; Marketing Campaigns activities, as well as B2B &#038; B2C activities to support meeting the key KPIs of Revenue, Brand awareness, Corporate penetration, Digital Direct and Loyalty. You will monitor Digital and Marketing Campaigns ensuring that regular tracking is managed and reported to the leadership teams in the Regions and Head Office.<br \/>\n       This role supports a hybrid work model. Salary: 80k-90k<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and implementation of promotional offer, value-add and ancillary product propositions, and loyalty initiatives to achieve revenue, yield improvement, and digital penetration targets<\/li>\n<li>Act as the subject matter expert on the assigned countries\u2019 B2B &#038; B2C campaign process and tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Ensuring the implementation of the end-to-end campaign processes and procedures that support all B2B &#038; B2C campaigns \/ activities. * Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (for assigned countries such as Loyalty, Digital Direct, Digital &#038; Marketing Operations) to maintain campaign processes and requirements to support collaboration and communication among the Digital &#038; Marketing Campaign Hub. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders (media agency \/ suppliers\/ publishers\/ partners) on deployment of all B2B &#038; B2C campaigns for assigned countries.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze web traffic data and ROI of all digital marketing activities\/campaigns and provide the summary reports to Management.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate effective marketing planning and measurement tools\/processes as well as deliver standardized reports based on clearly set KPIs and metrics for all B2B &#038; B2C campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience required in Marketing as well as Digital.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in Digital marketing is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Overall Marketing fundamentals including Brand awareness techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Loyalty Marketing Techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in all digital tracking and monitoring aspects as well as reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of all digital channels and sub-channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You must have the legal rights to live and work in the US to be considered for this role<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com\/jobad\/us215889f6cd2e3843f8f23dca4ffd8652?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers.
