Always take the time to share the stories behind each product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Customer Relationship Management: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Call on current &#038; potential clients to establish &#038; maintain client relationship and to inform about new products &#038; services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Invite the customer to share his\/her details to continue to establish &#038; maintain client relationship and to inform about new products &#038; services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Administrative and Visual Merchandising:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To oversee, under the Store Manager\/ Floor Manager&#8217;s supervision, that: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The store is always merchandised correctly, and that the products are returned to their place after having been shown to a customer.<\/li>\n<li>The departments are always well stocked.<\/li>\n<li>The products are well stored or folded in order to prevent any damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Operations: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To partake in management tasks associated with sales.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to the administrative procedures concerning exchanges, returns and repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Be accountable and responsible for ad hoc mission entrusted by the store management.<\/li>\n<li>To share clients feedback on products.<\/li>\n<li>To propose ideas for improving the daily running of the store and the service deliver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven track record in a sales position in luxury retail.<\/li>\n<li>Empathy &#038; sincerity when serving customers.<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism in services provided to the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Individual contribution to the turnover in the sector.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude within the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the products.<\/li>\n<li>Punctuality, flexibility, reactivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About Herm\u00e8s<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Herm\u00e8s is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 20,000 people worldwide.
