All of these, while having Fun, truly make FlexTrade a wonderful place to work.<\/span>About the Role<\/b><\/span>We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Golang and hands-on experience with AWS services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while ensuring high performance and reliability<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.<\/span>Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.<\/span>Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services.<\/span>Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.<\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.<\/span>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.<\/span>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.<\/span>Integrate and optimize Redis for caching and data storage<\/span>2-4 years of experience in backend development.<\/span>Strong proficiency in Golang.<\/span>Hands-on experience with Cloud services.<\/span>Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and shell scripting<\/span>Experience with Redis for caching and data management.<\/span>Good understanding of API design, microservices, and distributed systems.<\/span>Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.<\/span>Experience with SQL\/NoSQL databases.<\/span>Knowledge of CI\/CD pipelines and version control (Git).<\/span>Nice-to-Have Skills<\/b><\/span>Experience with React or some front-end technologies.<\/span>Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)<\/span>Education<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).<\/span>FlexTrade does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters.
