Drive quality assurance across integrated systems, data workflows, and customer-facing applications while coordinating cross-functional testing efforts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Test Execution &#038; Supervision<\/li>\n<li>Data Engineering Testing<\/li>\n<li>Team Coordination<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance &#038; Defect Management<\/li>\n<li>Process Adherence &#038; Continuous Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Technical Support &#038; Enablement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise day-to-day testing activities for data pipelines, ETL\/ELT processes, and analytics platforms<\/li>\n<li>Ensure test cases are executed as per defined test strategies, plans, and schedules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor test progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Validate that testing activities cover ingestion, transformation, lineage, and data consumption layers<\/li>\n<li>Oversee creation and execution of test cases for data ingestion, transformation, and output validation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data quality checks, schema validation, and reconciliation rules are correctly implemented and executed<\/li>\n<li>Support testing of batch and streaming data workflows, including regression and performance testing<\/li>\n<li>Verify data integrity across environments and ensure alignment with defined business rules<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of test execution, defect management, and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Lead testing tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities within assigned projects or product streams<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with data engineers, developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to resolve defects and clarify requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure defects are accurately logged, prioritized, tracked, and validated through resolution<\/li>\n<li>Perform first-level root cause analysis on test failures and data quality issues<\/li>\n<li>Validate fixes and support production verification when required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure test evidence, reports, and signoffs are completed according to QA governance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Enforce established testing methodologies, standards, and templates defined by the Test Manager<\/li>\n<li>Track testing metrics (execution status, defect trends, coverage) and report status regularly<\/li>\n<li>Identify gaps or inefficiencies in test execution and recommend improvements to tools, processes, or test coverage<\/li>\n<li>Support adoption of test automation and CI\/CD testing practices as defined by test leadership<\/li>\n<li>Support implementation and execution of automated tests designed by senior or lead QA resources<\/li>\n<li>Assist with validation of testing tools, frameworks, and environments<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands-on support in complex test scenarios involving multiple systems or data sources<\/li>\n<li>4+ years in software testing with 3+ years in testing data engineering systems, ETL pipelines, or analytics platforms<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record with complex, multi-system integration testing<\/li>\n<li>Experience in agile\/scrum environments with rapid delivery cycles<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL experience with major databases (Redshift, Big query, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their data services<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Apache Airflow, Kafka, Confluent, Spark, dbt, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Scripting languages (Python, Java, bash) for test automation<\/li>\n<li>API testing tools and methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Menu domain &#038; knowledge about Master Data Management (MDM) will be Plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/ind35c13bfd792abcf119525795e91a9cc?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About McDonalds in India One of the world\u2019s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald\u2019s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad.
