This role focuses on understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities across Mobility, Fixed, Mobile Broadband, Unified Communications and Security, and supporting customers throughout the full sales cycle. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, participate in marketing-led initiatives, and help ensure revenue growth while delivering an excellent customer experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and own a structured plan aligned to the SME \u201cProtect &#038; Nurture\u201d strategy for Vodafone Ireland.<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute a tailored contact strategy to systematically reach all assigned accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Understand and document customer requirements to support proposals and contractual processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Solutions Sales to identify opportunities ensuring revenue targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high-quality pipeline of at least four times the annual sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing activities, campaigns and events to drive demand.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand client environments, goals, and challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Explain how Vodafone&#8217;s solutions address customer requirements in a consultative manner.<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal teams to respond to tenders, coordinate estimates, manage procurement engagement, and shape bid responses.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate pricing quotations, support negotiation discussions, and complete contract processes.<\/li>\n<li>Report pipeline and performance updates to the Inside Sales Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in marketing-led initiatives that focus on specific business growth themes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who you are<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about delivering high-quality customer engagement in a service-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with at least 2+ years in a similar sales or customer-facing role.<\/li>\n<li>An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building capability.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Possesses a consultative approach to managing diverse and complex customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed performance expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in time management, commercial awareness, and understanding sales dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Confident presenting to a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Able to influence and collaborate effectively at multiple organisational levels.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working towards and achieving regular sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable, flexible and resilient when working under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and resolving challenges effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Able to provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes actively to business growth and service enhancement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with modern sales methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Not a perfect fit?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
