{"id":15677,"date":"2024-12-29T10:59:05","date_gmt":"2024-12-29T10:59:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/warehouse-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-12-29T10:59:05","modified_gmt":"2024-12-29T10:59:05","slug":"warehouse-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/warehouse-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This role would allow you to interact with people from all around the world with the vision of creating value to our internal group customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Core Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages the planning, design, layout and maintenance of warehousing facilities and storage areas to ensure optimal utilization<\/li>\n<li>Develops and recommend measures to improve the quality of service and increase the efficiency of performance in the warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Ensures efficient and effective planning out of all warehouse resources and activities to facilitate business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with customers to understand business requirements and ensure that service requests are facilitated in an effectual manner<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that inbound stock is delivered as per the order requirements and products are received, unloaded and assembled as per the guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that periodic stock counts (cycle and year-end) are conducted efficiently to ensure accuracy between book and physical count<\/li>\n<li>Conducts periodic reviews to ensure that methods used within the Warehouse function are in line with the established guidelines and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Identifies the stocks that are in the warehouse for long time and bring it to the attention of the senior management and stock control function<\/li>\n<li>Ensures prompt and immediate action on stock discrepancies and manages overages, shortages, damages and rejected materials cases on time and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy of inbound\/ outbound documentation (stock transfers, purchase returns, goods invoices, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements systems in managing data that relate to warehouse activities to ensure record accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Prepares periodic reports to the senior management related to warehouse activities, and presents statistical information to facilities decision making<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance to all statutory norms regarding warehouse operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>People Management:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the performance management process<\/li>\n<li>Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals<\/li>\n<li>Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit\/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About the requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Supply Chain Management<\/li>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Business Administration is preferred<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with at least 4-5 years in warehousing and supply chain preferably in the retail industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa0523b2ab5e02d4503ba085ed7f602248?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This role would allow you to interact with people from all around the world with the vision of creating value to our internal group customers.
