In pursuit of becoming AI-native, we recognize that fostering a ‘builder’ mindset is essential.<\/span>This means seeking out those who can seamlessly integrate AI and emerging technologies to efficiently and effectively solve our customers’ problems.<\/span>At Intuit, we hold a global leadership position in financial management solutions.<\/span>We’ve been at the forefront of inventing Virtual Platforms and democratizing cloud computing for small businesses and their patrons alike.<\/span>Our 40 years of expertise have rooted us in the startup mentality, positively disrupting ourselves as we constantly identify cutting-edge technology and design paradigms.<\/span>Our teams are dynamic, focused on delivering creative solutions with a side of fun.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Create impactful iOS experiences with deep customer empathy, quickly translating insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code<\/span>Act as the technical subject matter expert, mentoring fellow engineers, leading a small team, and solving challenging programming and design problems<\/span>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software applications with AI technology<\/span>Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices of software engineering, leveraging AI to enhance applications, and building their technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective outcomes<\/span>Launch AI integrations in production and evaluate their impact on software performance and user satisfaction, using appropriate metrics<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>BS\/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience<\/span>7+ years of professional experience with expertise in developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications<\/span>Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI<\/span>Experience in the Software design\/architecture process<\/span>Experience in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)<\/span>Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or SOAP<\/span>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to different audiences<\/span>Familiarity with the development challenges that come with highly scalable and available web applications<\/span>Experience with unit testing and Test Driven Development (TDD)<\/span>Proficient in building or integrating functional AI models using techniques such as LLM prompting, AutoML modeling, etc<\/span>Skilled in evaluating and monitoring the performance of AI technology in production and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal application performance<\/span>Possesses an in-depth understanding of AI integration and can lead the integration process effectively, while coaching junior engineers on how to leverage AI<\/span>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers<\/span>Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
