The position guarantees alignment with quality, cybersecurity, safety, and Schneider Electric standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Mission:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary technical reference for customers on BMS and EPMS architecture and integration strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Translate customer functional requirements into optimized and scalable BMS and EPMSsystem architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Support pre-sales and tender teams with validated technical concepts and compliance matrices.<\/li>\n<li>Lead design standardization and promote reusable BMS and EPMS architectures across regions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment between tender commitments and project execution deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Activities and Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>BMS Architecture Ownership <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and validate BMS and EPMS reference architectures for hyperscale data centers and mission-critical facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper integration of HVAC, Electrical, Fire &#038; Life Safety, Security, and Power Monitoring systems.<\/li>\n<li>Define network topology, redundancy levels, server architecture, and cybersecurity strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure scalability, modularity, and future expansion capabilities are embedded in initial designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Tender Support &#038; Technical Governance <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support tender and pre-tender phases with robust technical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and validate system architectures, point schedules, sequences of operation, and integration matrices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency between commercial offers and executable engineering solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Design Authority <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and approve detailed engineering deliverables including schematics, panel drawings, and software design.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee development of BMS &#038; EPMS databases, graphics, alarms, trends, and reporting structures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, Uptime Institute guidelines, and local regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with EcoStruxure\u2122 and digital building strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stakeholder &#038; Execution Support <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as technical escalation point for project teams during execution and commissioning.<\/li>\n<li>Support FAT\/SAT, commissioning, and performance validation activities.<\/li>\n<li>Train internal teams and contractors on BMS and EPMS standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with procurement and PM teams on technical evaluations and change management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What&#8217;s in it for me?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Automation Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English.<\/li>\n<li>Additional languages are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 7\u201310 years experience in BMS, Controls, or Automation in mission-critical environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in data centers or large infrastructure projects preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric BMS and EPMS platforms is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of building systems protocols (BACnet, Modbus,Modbus TCP \/IP, IEC 6185, KNX, IP-based networks).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and challenge electrical and Mechanical schematics, and system architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead technical strategy in a matrix organization.<\/li>\n<li>High level of analytical thinking and risk anticipation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Let us learn about you!
