Job Description:<\/b><\/span>Role Overview<\/b><\/span>The Product \/ Project Manager will act as the bridge between product vision and engineering execution. This role requires someone who is technically literate, capable of working closely with developers, and able to drive delivery timelines while ensuring product priorities remain aligned with business goals.<\/span>The ideal candidate understands how software systems interact, APIs, and technical dependencies, and can confidently coordinate development teams while ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Work closely with engineering teams to plan and deliver product features and improvements.<\/span>\u00b7 Translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications and development tasks.<\/span>\u00b7 Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate development cycles.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution.<\/span>\u00b7 Monitor development progress and actively pursue delivery deadlines.<\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership teams.<\/span>\u00b7 Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines.<\/span>\u00b7 Ensure high standards of product quality and execution.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management.<\/span>\u00b7 Experience working closely with software development teams.<\/span>\u00b7 Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to prioritize workstreams and manage multiple development tasks.<\/span>\u00b7 Experience working in technology companies, fintech, or startup environments.<\/span>\u00b7 Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to challenge ideas constructively and drive execution.<\/span>Preferred Background<\/span>\u00b7 Experience working with financial platforms, fintech, trading systems, or data platforms.<\/span>\u00b7 Experience in Agile \/ Scrum environments.<\/span>\u00b7 Technical background in software development, engineering, or computer science is advantageous.<\/p>\n
