\n The Basic Job of process operator is to run the Process line and equipment\u2019s systematically and
\n effectively. Achieving the production targets by increasing the line efficiency and minimizing the process
\n waste. Gather hourly data of process control checks, conduct quality wall meetings, maintain hygiene and
\n housekeeping. Alert on food safety hazards and high light the issues then and there to the Direct Managers.
\n Summarize the daily material usage and calculate Basic material efficiently, seasoning efficiency and oil
\n efficiency in the daily summary reports. Monitor and minimize the energy usage such as Water, Electricity
\n and gas usage. Manage the process workers working on his assigned stations and maintain the good
\n manufacturing practice at all times within his area. To operate, control and maintain processing
\n equipment to convert raw materials into final product, in accordance with the KPIs<\/span>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b>
\n \uf0b7 Make decisions based on the best possible utilisation to achieve maximum output in terms of yield
\n conversion.
\n \uf0b7 Must be able to repair and maintain the necessary processing equipment to maintain line
\n efficiency.
\n \uf0b7 Has the authority to stop the production process in consultation with the Laboratory Technician if
\n the production is out of specification.
\n \uf0b7 Make decisions based on the best possible utilisation to achieve maximum output in terms of yield
\n conversion.
\n \uf0b7 Must be able to repair and maintain the necessary processing equipment to maintain line
\n efficiency.
\n \uf0b7 Has the authority to stop the production process in consultation with the Laboratory Technician if
\n the production is out of specification.
\n \uf0b7 Running the line systematically and efficiently
\n \uf0b7 perform and report the hourly process control check
\n \uf0b7 Conduct quality wall meeting at the required intervals
\n \uf0b7 Make sure the Raw materials are available for the production run near by the line
\n \uf0b7 Make sure the equipment\u2019s are hygienically maintained
\n \uf0b7 Make sure the equipment\u2019s of his desired work stations are in good working condition
\n \uf0b7 Make sure that the line achieves the required efficiency set by the business
\n \uf0b7 Should achieve the material efficiency target set by the business
\n \uf0b7 Day today issues need to be highlighted to his Direct Managers
\n \uf0b7 Collect and report the material wastages and summarize material usage daily and calculate the
\n material efficiency
\n \uf0b7 Inform Engineering for the equipment maintenance or repair through MP2
\n \uf0b7 Should manage the process workers working under his line (break time, cleaning during change
\n flavour, time in and time out)
\n \uf0b7 Should maintain his line or work station in good condition at all times, by conducting the proper<\/span>running patrol. (checklist)
\n \uf0b7 Should report all health hazards within his work place to his immediate Direct Manager.
\n \uf0b7 Make sure that quality products are being produced at all times.
\n \uf0b7 Communicate daily issues and activities to the other shifts
\n \uf0b7 Emphasize team work and cooperation
\n \uf0b7 Support IPS audits & Food safety audits
\n \uf0b7 Effective utilization of energy such as Water, Gas, Electricity etc.
\n \uf0b7 To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management
\n System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and
\n relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all
\n activities\/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved Qualifications:<\/span>Knowledge\/Skill<\/b>
\n \uf0b7 Should be at least industrial
\n training institute graduate (ITI).
\n \uf0b7 Basic communication skills.
\n \uf0b7 Should have a good working
\n attitude.
\n \uf0b7 Able to handle and operate the
\n process equipment independently
Experience<\/b>
\n \uf0b7 Must have a minimum of two
\n years working experience in a
\n manufacturing processing
\n environment, this will be
\n waived in lieu of tertiary
background.<\/b>
