Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Ministry of Defence, Defence PSUs, armed forces, and related contractors.Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Tender Management : Manage the entire tender process (RFP\/RFQ\/RFI), including technical compliance, bid submission, and commercial negotiations.Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior officials, procurement officers, and technical end-users within the defense sector.Technical Sales : Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to understand customer requirements and provide customized hardware solutions (e.g., ruggedization, secure computing).Market Analysis : Stay updated on defense procurement policies, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Reporting : Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for senior management.Team Leadership : (If applicable) Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals.
