Job Description:<\/b><\/span>We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-growing financial technology and digital banking environment in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and driving product implementations related to digital lending and banking platforms, acting as the bridge between clients, product teams, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of fintech solutions.<\/span>This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Digital Lending, Core Banking systems, fintech platforms, and credit-driven workflows. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing lending solutions, supporting financial institutions, and ensuring the seamless deployment of banking technology platforms.<\/span>The position is based in Saudi Arabia and will involve working closely with banks, fintech companies, and financial services organizations across the region.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Develop a strong understanding of digital lending products and fintech solutions and gain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s lending platforms.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into structured documentation such as:<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Business Solution Documents (BSDs)<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Functional specifications<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 User stories<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Test cases<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Process workflows<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and internal technology teams to ensure successful implementation of fintech platforms.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Work closely with technology teams, developers, and solution architects to ensure proper knowledge transfer and alignment on implementation plans.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Serve as the single point of contact for customers during the product implementation lifecycle, managing deliverables, timelines, and expectations.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Support the implementation of digital lending platforms, loan origination systems (LOS), and loan management systems (LMS).<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including:<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Preparing UAT scenarios and documentation<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Supporting end-users during testing<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Ensuring successful validation of solutions before go-live<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, risk, credit, compliance, and operations to ensure successful delivery.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Support system integrations, fintech platform deployments, and banking technology implementations.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Contribute to process improvement initiatives within digital banking and lending operations.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Ensure successful platform adoption by business users and financial institutions.<\/span>Requirements<\/b><\/span>To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Proven hands-on experience as a Business Analyst within banking, fintech, or digital financial services environments.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong experience in Digital Lending platforms.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience working with Core Banking systems or banking platforms.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and\/or Loan Management Systems (LMS) implementations.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience working on financial technology implementation projects.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Solid understanding of credit workflows, lending lifecycle, financial calculations, and risk-driven processes.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Experience working in integration-heavy fintech environments.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate across business, product, and technology teams.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking, Engineering, or a related field.<\/span>\u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Candidates without relevant fintech, digital lending, or banking technology implementation experience will not be considered.<\/span>To view other requirements we have, please check our website – www.blackpearlconsult.com<\/p>\n
