{"id":153379,"date":"2026-03-09T05:33:22","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T05:33:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-it-project-manager\/"},"modified":"2026-03-09T05:33:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T05:33:22","slug":"were-hiring-senior-it-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/were-hiring-senior-it-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"We\u2019re Hiring Senior IT Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Senior IT Project Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Location : Kuwait<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities :<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects including Core Banking, Payments, migrations, integrations, and system upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Define and manage project scope, charter, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, testers, and architects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project governance, including steering committee reporting and stakeholder communications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational risk requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate system integration across cards, payments, digital banking, AML, and finance platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete project documentation, reporting, and handover materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required Experiences &#038; Qualifications :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7-11+ years of IT Project Management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery experience in Core Banking implementations(preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Payments systems(preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Background in banking, financial services, or fintech environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong vendor and third-party management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>PMP or PRINCE2 certification(preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Languages: English required | Arabic preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Disclaimer: GotoGulf is a platform that facilitates recruiters and jobseekers reach out to each other.
