This role is critical in delivering scalable software solutions, building technical strategy, and collaborating closely with product and IT partners. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who can coach a high-performing team responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Kubernetes networking, storage, and compute layers, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and DevOps best practices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What Youll Do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage a team of developers by setting direction, providing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, quality, and budget requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement across development practices, tooling, processes, and security\/compliance adherence.<\/li>\n<li>Manage technical relationships with vendors, influence roadmap discussions, and advocate for key platform features.<\/li>\n<li>Hire and onboard new talent, improve team productivity, and scale the engineering capabilities as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of automation, resilience, and continuous improvement, contributing to the evolution of T-Mobiles platform engineering and cloud infrastructure strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Resolution of platform-related customer tickets, issue diagnosis,incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortems, implementing automation to prevent recurrence to ensure reliability and seamless user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT partners across multiple ongoing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Support strategic initiatives and ensure long-term platform stability and adaptability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What Youll Bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelors degree in computer science or in a computer programming related field<\/li>\n<li>Overall experience for the role as 10-12+ years, managing scrum team of 8-10 people with total experience of managing a team as high as 5 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Must Have Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kubernetes &#8211; Open for all tools<\/li>\n<li>Cloud Computing [AWS, Azure or GCP] &#8211; AWS or Azure is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>API development<\/li>\n<li>CI\/CD<\/li>\n<li>Should have advanced level knowledge on Kubernetes with expertise in managing large-scale, production Kubernetes clusters<\/li>\n<li>Should have exposure working in Production environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience with GitOps, Terraform, and Ansible for cloud provisioning and configuration management<\/li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, Open Telemetry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice To Have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Software Engineering, Experience in modern Mobile and Web stack [React, Node, Python etc.]<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CNAPP platforms (e.g., Wiz, Prisma Cloud, Orca, etc.) and CSPM\/CWPP principles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Generative AI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/ined0ff849402f3d695e0a7b3758670e24?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About TMUS Global Solutions T-Mobile is America\u2019s supercharged Un-carrier, challenging conventions and setting new standards in wireless.
