Customer Marketing Data Executive<\/span>Marketing Data Executive \u2013 Paddy Power<\/span>Marketing Data Team within the Marketing Services Department at Flutter UKI<\/span>Reports to: Marketing Data Manager<\/span>Location: Dublin, London or Leeds<\/span>The Role<\/b><\/span>We\u2019re looking for a Marketing Data Executive who can turn customer data into highly relevant, compliant, multi-channel communications. You\u2019ll build accurate data selections, support automated lifecycle journeys, and ensure campaigns are targeted and performance driven.<\/span>This role makes a measurable impact: you will directly influence how millions of customers experience our brands by helping us deliver the right message, to the right audience, at the right moment. If you thrive in a data-driven, collaborative environment and enjoy improving how things work, you\u2019ll play a key part in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our CRM activity.<\/span>What you\u2019ll do<\/span>Build and validate customer audience selections using SQL and segmentation models<\/span>Support design & execution of automated and triggered CRM programmes across lifecycle stages<\/span>Ensure campaign accuracy, GDPR compliance and safer-gambling regulatory adherence<\/span>Interpret commercial objectives and translate them into relevant communication plans<\/span>Build campaigns with appropriate measurement logic to enable clear critical metric reporting<\/span>Monitor performance and find opportunities for optimisation and scale<\/span>Partner with CRM, BI and Data Science to improve targeting and personalisation<\/span>Utilise workflow management tooling to scope, prioritise and track campaign delivery<\/span>Oversee data and tooling integrity, proactively calling out issues for fast resolution<\/span>Provide campaign insights that help shape future direction and customer retention<\/span>How you\u2019ll do it:<\/span>Experience working in CRM campaign delivery, database-driven lifecycle marketing or marketing automation roles<\/span>Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Braze, Acoustic \u2014 Bloomreach a bonus)<\/span>Working knowledge of SQL (or a similar query language) to build, review and optimise audience selections<\/span>Validated delivery in fast-paced commercial environments with multiple challenging priorities<\/span>Prior experience working within regulated industries with knowledge of GDPR, data protection principles, suppression logic and customer safety rules<\/span>Able to work with raw data to analyse campaign performance, draw conclusions and solve problems<\/span>Highly organised with exceptional project and time management skills<\/span>Collaborative team-player, contributing to enhancements and improvements to tools and ways of working<\/span>Clear communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders and seeking context where needed<\/span>Curious, analytical approach – always looking for smarter, more efficient execution<\/span>Advantageous: exposure to AWS, HTML\/Jinja\/JavaScript<\/span>What\u2019s in it for you:<\/span>Bonus scheme<\/span>Uncapped holiday allowance<\/span>Enhanced pension scheme<\/span>Private healthcare<\/span>Life assurance<\/span>Income protection<\/span>Hybrid working<\/span>\u20ac1,000 annual self-development learning fund<\/span>Invest via the Flutters Sharesave Scheme<\/span>Paid volunteering days<\/span>Enhanced parental leave<\/span>Wellbeing fund (\u00a3\/\u20ac250 a year)<\/span>About Flutter<\/span>Flutter is the world\u2019s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
