Join us and be part of something bigger \u2013 helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Position Summary:<\/b><br \/>\n       This position will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing digital UI solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designs and defines the technical architecture and infrastructure required for digital UI solutions<\/li>\n<li>Writes code, develops software components, and implements complex functionalities according to project requirements<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with other members of the development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, proposes design patterns, and ensures scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions<\/li>\n<li>Leverages advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Integrates various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution<\/li>\n<li>Writes and executes comprehensive test cases, conducts code reviews, performs debugging, and troubleshoots issues to ensure the reliability, stability, and high quality of digital solutions<\/li>\n<li>Participates in agile or other development methodologies, attends meetings, contributes to project planning, and helps drive the progress and success of digital projects<\/li>\n<li>Explores new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation within the development team<\/li>\n<li>Creates and maintains technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, code documentation, and other relevant documentation while sharing their knowledge and expertise with team members, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience with Angular or React<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience with Flutter for building cross-platform mobile applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Stencil for building reusable web components<\/li>\n<li>Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) and RESTful APIs<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., GCP, Azure) and CI\/CD pipelines<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Anticipated Weekly Hours 40<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Time Type Full time<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Pay Range<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The typical pay range for this role is:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>$92,700.00 &#8211; $185,400.00<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
