Job Description<\/b><\/span>This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position will be based in one of our H&M stores in the Dublin Area.<\/span>Our Leaders have the ambition to make our people and business grow. As a Store Manager, you are responsible for planning and achieving the sales and profit goals of the store. You lead, coach, and develop the team, promote a safe work environment, and ensure a great customer-first experience.<\/span>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Sales & Profit:<\/span>You lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers<\/span>You analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions to maximise results.<\/span>You oversee store operations and ensure best practices are followed in-store and in line with the Area vision.<\/span>People & Teams:<\/span>You ensure all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and H&M policies are fulfilled.<\/span>You recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your Store.<\/span>You evaluate and manage the performance of your team through dialogues, development plans, and feedback to encourage leadership and support business needs.<\/span>You ensure health & safety; legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation.<\/span>Additional Information<\/b><\/span>Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
