The tribe is a mix of collaborative experts who simply love enabling automation, making life easy for ASBers and our Customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Senior Software Engineer, you&#8217;ll be part of our team that is responsible for development activities relating to CRM and Core integration development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Being part of the Digital and Engineering Practice at ASB we encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile way while actively growing their skills and expertise to continuously improve outcomes for our customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You&#8217;ll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a smaller squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation &#8211; so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>In this role, you will:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, maintain, and develop APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve processes and technologies for scalability and high availability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, alert, and report on environments.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and promote best practices within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and enhance CRM and Core Integration solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse, understand, and work with existing code bases across different .NET versions.<\/li>\n<li>Support and modernize legacy WCF services.Design and implement REST APIs for integration and new features.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Ng\u0101 mea kia whai angit\u016b ahau? | What do I need to be successful?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>To thrive in this role, you&#8217;ll bring: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving abilities, and leadership in your role.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in .NET development (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with both legacy WCF services and modern REST APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly understand and adapt to existing code bases.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM systems and integration projects (desirable).<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> In addition, the following would be an advantage: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial \/ banking domain experience.<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in Cloud Computing technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> He aha t\u0101 m\u0101tou | What can we offer<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Get the work-life equation right.
