You\u2019ll be the go-to legal partner for day-to-day commercial work, governance, regulatory matters, and the occasional dispute helping the business move fast, but safely.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is an opportunity to grow and develop your legal career at a true global conglomerate and the chance to work with some of the finest legal minds in the GCC region.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The day to day:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (end-to-end)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Making contracts easier for the business: templates, clause libraries, playbooks, fallback positions (Arabic\/English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting strategic projects and cross-border work when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling entity lifecycle in KSA (and potentially GCC): formations, licensing, renewals, amendments, etc. (MISA, MoC and other authorities)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeping governance tidy and audit-proof: POAs, signing authorities, constitutional docs, authority matrices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Advising stakeholders across Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, Tax, Internal Audit, Logistics, Marketing, IT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing regulatory filings \/ inspections \/ responses with government bodies (Arabic + English)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting pre-litigation strategy, legal notices, settlement frameworks, and coordinating external counsel when things escalate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa6d17fec561a54077fd9cca467ad46584?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>eMagine law is currently hiring exclusively and confidentially for a global giant in Saudi Arabia.
