{"id":15240,"date":"2024-12-27T10:59:04","date_gmt":"2024-12-27T10:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/qa-qc-manager\/"},"modified":"2024-12-27T10:59:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T10:59:04","slug":"qa-qc-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/qa-qc-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"QA\/QC Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities: * Quality Management System Implementation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), ensuring it aligns with industry standards and project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all project activities comply with the company\u2019s quality standards and policies, including relevant codes, regulations, and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and manage the overall QA\/QC procedures for the project, including inspection, testing, and reporting systems.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Coordination:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the QA\/QC team, ensuring effective execution of quality control activities across the entire project.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality processes are followed on site.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior quality assurance and control staff.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review quality-related issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Inspection and Testing:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate the inspection and testing of materials, systems, and finished work, ensuring compliance with design specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all construction materials are tested and certified as per project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets project quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs) for construction activities.<\/li>\n<li>Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and manage non-conformances, including initiating corrective actions and ensuring their resolution in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a system for tracking and managing all quality issues, defects, and deviations, and ensure appropriate documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the root cause analysis of issues and provide corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for continual improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and Reporting:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all quality-related documentation is recorded, tracked, and filed correctly for easy retrieval.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all quality audits and inspections are documented and that corrective actions are effectively closed out.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation and submission of final project quality reports.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance and Audits:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with relevant standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations, ensuring the project complies with all applicable laws and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation and support of regulatory inspections and certifications, including environmental and safety compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify quality risks and implement mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all quality-related risks are documented, communicated, and managed proactively.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in project planning and risk management meetings to ensure quality concerns are addressed from the outset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/saf6f7a348da35a288bb61d045ba290661?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities: * Quality Management System Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), ensuring it aligns with industry standards and project requirements.
