Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Skills Required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data Engineer, Data Engineering, Python, SQL, Kafka, Data Orchestration, Apache Airflow, Confluent, API, Rest API, API Management, GCP, Tableau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience Range: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 &#8211; 7 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who we are looking for:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds and maintains relevant and reliable data products that support People\/Finance Analytics. Develops and implements new technology solutions as needed to ensure ongoing improvement with data reliability and observability in-view.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in new software development and data engineering initiatives supporting People\/Finance Analytics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial data products.<\/li>\n<li>Drive and implement best Data Engineering practices for pipeline development, data governance, data security and quality across people\/financial datasets.<\/li>\n<li>Implement security and privacy controls in data workflows, ensuring compliance with People\/Finance regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability of existing People\/Finance data pipeline infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Staying up to date with emerging data engineering technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluating their applicability to meet evolving People\/Financial analytics needs.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting data engineering processes, workflows, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.<\/li>\n<li>Partner and collaborate with data engineers, particularly in People\/Finance-centric data models and processing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and flexibility to coordinate and work with teams distributed across time zones, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skill:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applies technical data engineering expertise to develop reliable pipelines and improve data quality in support of People\/Finance analytics initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree in computer science or related engineering field and deep experience with Cloud computing<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and automation<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi) and big data ecosystems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Data quality functions like cleansing, standardization, parsing, de-duplication, mapping, hierarchy management, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform extensive data analysis (comparing multiple datasets) using a variety of tools<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with visualization software like Tableau\/Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and adoption of data engineering standards<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in data management &#038; data governance capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data warehousing principles and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solver &#8211; use of data and technology to solve problems or answer complex data related questions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Work location:Hyderabad, India<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work pattern:Full time role.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work mode: Hybrid.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jobviewtrack.com\/v2\/Z0mSE3PeYDjVYeUbBMPIG295MCxEpceG-dTAjH0YUUOrPZzNYtNGcRey9i8Pkz7C9vyFQqKM0cJ4Uxzd6tBq9J9sVco5AMgv_zn9fjfWz-LwoG-m8ZyXw-vLn-xUkRYDQGlCvIYiWLPY6yljN7yCeRx4L4uKYQQ2dNL-4ebmXDuLqlrC6f74nO4-SOrCDNTkuUHmARjDX9V9EgyGozmD7w?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About McDonalds in India One of the world\u2019s largest employers with locations in more than 100 countries McDonald\u2019s Corporation has corporate opportunities in Hyderabad.
