Your expertise lies in analysing performance data, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvement<\/span>Key Accountabilities and Activities:<\/span>Continuously assess the organization’s business performance.<\/span>Measure and analyse relevant metrics to track progress.<\/span>Provide insightful commentary to add analytical value to performance data<\/span>Develop a comprehensive understanding of relevant business schemes.<\/span>Undertake detailed analysis to identify trends and issues.<\/span>Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.<\/span>Investigate performance anomalies and deviations.<\/span>Identify underlying causes (e.g., process inefficiencies, resource constraints).<\/span>Propose actionable solutions to address performance gaps.<\/span>Develop and maintain performance dashboards.<\/span>Visualize key metrics for easy interpretation.<\/span>Regularly share performance insights with stakeholders.<\/span>Schedule and Facilitate: Organize regular meetings to discuss performance metrics.<\/span>Present Insights: Share data-driven insights with relevant stakeholders.<\/span>Action Planning: Collaborate on action plans to address performance gaps and optimize outcomes.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in business or finance<\/span>Other Information:<\/b><\/span>2-3 required years of experience based on progression ladder in a similar or related function.<\/span>Extensive experience in developing managed service offerings and managing vendor partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.<\/span>Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.<\/span>Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.<\/span>Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.<\/span>Deep understanding of B2B customer needs<\/span>Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
