The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in project management for infrastructure engineering design projects and be fluent in both English and Arabic. This role is critical for ensuring efficient project planning, tracking, and reporting while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Project Planning: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation, using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of Design activities with project timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Project Monitoring and Progress Tracking: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor project progress and performance against baseline plans and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly update project schedules and ensure accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Provide detailed analyses of deviations from the project plan and recommend corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Reporting and Documentation: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver detailed project status reports, dashboards, and presentations in English and Arabic.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of project activities, deliverables, and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reports are tailored to the needs of stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Stakeholder Coordination: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a key liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to address planning and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex technical and project-related information into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Compliance and Standards: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all planning and reporting processes align with local regulations and international best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet contractual requirements and organizational quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Process Improvement: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance project planning and reporting workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa5946c98ee4f699ad2731fe13ed0ab314?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Planning and Reporting Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
