If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.<\/span>We are currently seeking a Business Consulting- UAT Junior Testing Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\u0101taka (IN-KA), India (IN).<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Analyze requirements, user stories, features, business workflows, and transaction flows to design effective test scenarios.<\/span>Develop detailed test cases and identify or prepare required test data for execution.<\/span>Execute test cases, document results, and log defects with clarity and accuracy.<\/span>Provide regular reporting on test case development, progress, execution status, and defect trends.<\/span>Maintain and enhance the testing suite, including regression tests, to improve coverage and ensure continuous quality.<\/span>Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).<\/span>2-6 years of experience in software testing, QA analysis, or test engineering.<\/span>Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.<\/span>Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.<\/span>Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.<\/span>Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, qTest) and defect tracking systems.<\/span>Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.<\/span>Preferred \/ Good to Have<\/span>Experience with regression testing strategies and automation exposure.<\/span>Familiarity with Agile\/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.<\/span>Knowledge of financial services, transaction processing, or domain-specific workflows.<\/span>Exposure to query writing (SQL) for data validation.<\/span>About NTT DATA<\/span>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
