The role maybe is individual contributor role. n<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibility<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing detailed financial model comprising transaction details, financial statement analysis, projections, ratio analysis, credit metrics, amongst others<\/li>\n<li>Conducting detailed analysis of loan opportunities across various sectors in different geographies<\/li>\n<li>Conducting sensitivity analysis on projections &#8211; for stress testing on loans for serviceability<\/li>\n<li>Identifying deal specific covenants which can act as early warning signals while monitoring loans.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting credit reports with key takeaways on opportunity; report has to be concise, easy to read format for credit and risk to review and comment.<\/li>\n<li>Detailed industry\/market studies to understand operating environment of borrower.<\/li>\n<li>Interacting with clients to discuss data gaps, inconsistencies, analytical frameworks etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Desired Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to draft credit reports.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial analysis &#8211; thorough understanding of accounting \/ financial concepts<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills &#8211; interacting with Debt Directors, clients &#038; other stakeholders in UK and \/or US<\/li>\n<li>Personal drive (proactive), flexible, creative (thinks out of the box), result driven, responsible, curious, team player and fast learner.<\/li>\n<li>MBA freshers Top B schools and Tier 1 institutes only.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on attitude, willing\/capable to understand the big picture.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> n<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/inb327f5778383fd06b0f6fb6d74e16daa?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The incoming resource will be expected to work on detailed financial models and draft credit reports.
