This is a unique opportunity to drive a strong quality culture across a multidisciplinary construction team and ensure world-class execution on a sustainable industrial project.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the site Quality team, including QA\/QC engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements, codes, standards, and regulatory guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate quality matters with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive quality culture across the project.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE teams for integrated project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in quality audits, client inspections, and third-party assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &#038; Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical background.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience in QA\/QC roles on large-scale EPC industrial construction projects (steel, energy, petrochemical, or heavy industry preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of leading quality teams on complex construction sites.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, welding standards (AWS, ASME), NDT methods, and construction quality processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with sustainability-focused or green industrial projects is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/jobviewtrack.com\/v2\/Gac6i5U606Q3Hmvb4xn9E34RqD1KSFfp7a-L4TiX_TfP8NznulYw-_T9MxB0yPMUjewOrnorCdhfiR-LqkjGkf0J0BgHPkL6Q2tIifFnp4WeFws52hkNCsZ0DTCp9hC6R0aaLVN1d4iPhIabFWI1lj8BSV0lCl4jlTlsrMer0RzjJnGNKcfGg2WrdEB5iAw1lGglRl00krSPZ_yNQDtUqg?affid=1e18623d919a855447a16dd0557b1bec\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om jobbet: Quality Construction Manager We are seeking an experienced Quality Construction Manager to lead all site-based quality activities for a major green steel plant project.
