The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UI\/UX quality, proficiency in designing test cases and automation scripts, and experience working in fast-paced Agile environments. Familiarity with API testing and modern testing frameworks is a strong advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is a Hybrid position located at our Bangalore, India, development center. You will be required to be on-site 2 to 3 days per week. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to our Bangalore office and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, functional, integration, and E2E testing.<\/li>\n<li>Implement UI automation using modern frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, WebDriverIO, or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Leverage AI and agentic tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, autonomous test agents, AI\u2011based test generation) to accelerate automation development and improve test coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Perform deep root-cause analysis, document findings, and implement preventive and self\u2011healing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate automated functional and UI testing into CI\/CD pipelines with scalable orchestration.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain dashboards for build quality, test execution, failure analytics, performance trends, and reliability metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Drive adoption of new technologies, AI-driven testing methods, and modern quality engineering practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 to 7 years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer or Automation Developer.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in UI automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or equivalent and Proficiency with API automation and service-level testing.<\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, generative test tools, autonomous agents).<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with CI\/CD automation using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, or CodeDeploy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming skills in React, Python, C#,or Golang.<\/li>\n<li>Nice to have experience with infrastructure automation (CloudFormation, Terraform).<\/li>\n<li>Solid debugging experience with tools like Fiddler, NetMon, PerfMon, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, RDS\/MySQL, Kubernetes, Docker) and experience with agentic automation and AI-driven QA tooling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #LI-Hybrid<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Company Overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>McAfee is a leader in personal security for consumers.
